Due to the international dropshipping model, we do not offer exchanges for size, color, or change of mind.

We only offer exchanges in cases where:

  • The product is defective

  • The incorrect product was delivered

Exchange Procedure

  1. Send pictures or videos showing the issue.

  2. Our team will review your request.

  3. If approved, we will send a new replacement item at no extra cost.

Example: If a jacket in the wrong size is sent by the supplier, we will ship the correct size.
